AutoMate enables radio automation through geofencing and situational triggers, automatically executing routine and safety-critical tasks according to the radio's location.

Overview

AutoMate uses radio location, geofences and other parameters, such as TETRA signal strength, radio diagnostics, and data from local sensors or remote commands to automate radio workflow actions. These actions execute routine and safety-critical tasks to deliver results faster, reduce the risk of user error and safeguard your team.

Key Benefits

The application improves operational efficiency and worker safety by automating activities that are otherwise reliant on human action or intervention and, therefore, at risk of human error. Other benefits include:

• Improved safety, speed and accuracy of operations,

• Elimination of human error and reduced requirement for user training,

• Automation options, including talkgroup selection, sending messages, displaying and sounding alerts, and switching between DMO and TMO.

Release

The AutoMate application is now available from Sepura as part of the AppSPACE portfolio.

The latest version is now R1.1, released in December 2021. This release is a general release that adds functionality to previously released software versions. The Release Note captures details of the AppSPACE applications that form part of this release.

AutoMate requires terminal feature licences to enable functionality within the application - the AutoMate Product Bulletin contains an ordering guide that outlines which features require which licences.
